Looking for a unique and unforgettable way to celebrate your child’s birthday? Santa Cruz Maker Studios offers a unique and memorable birthday party experiences where kids can build, craft, and create together! 🎨 Available crafting stations and themed activities: ✔ Woodworking – Build a birdhouse, pirate ship, or mini treasure chest. ✔ Sewing & Beading – Create stuffed animals, jewelry, or textile crafts. ✔ 3D Printing & Electronics– Design and take home a custom figurine, or custom laser engravings. 🎉 What’s Included: (Base price $750) ✔ 3-hour private party with two personal instructors. This provides adequate time for both completing crafting activities and having birthday celebrations. ✔ Set up and take down time included. Families are allowed to arrive 30-minutes early to set up and 15-minutes after the event to clean up items and food brought to the studio. ✔ Exclusive access to our ~4,000 square foot studio space. ✔ Included up to 10 participants for crafting projects. This does not include chaperons. ✔ All materials for a creative take-home project. ✔ Included 2 crafting stations (woodworking or sewing / beading or 3D printing / electronics) ✔ Included use of our beautifully designed open-concept break room and dining area for food, drinks, and cake cutting! Please note that our age requirement is 6 and up due to the tools we use in the studio. Children 5 and under are welcome to participate with parent or guardian supervision. All participants are required to have a signed waiver on file. Additional Options: ➕ Extra Participants (beyond 10): $50 each (max participants is 25) ➕ Add a Third Crafting Station: Includes a third crafting instructor. $150 ➕ More Time: Additional 30 minutes (beyond 3 hours): $75 (maximum time of 4 hours). Please note that our After School Care Program is currently running from 3-5pm (Mon, Tue, Thurs.), 1-5pm (Wed), and 10am – 2pm on Sundays, between December 2025 – May 2026. During June and July, our Summer Camp hours will be 9:00am – 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. See our current calendar here.
