Looking for an unforgettable team-building experience for your corporation or organization? Santa Cruz Maker Studios offers team-building crafting workshops for professional in a fun and creative environment.

🎨 Available crafting stations and themed activities:
✔ 3D Printing & Laser Engraving– Design and take home a custom 3D prints and laser engravings.
✔ Woodworking – Build a woodworking project, like a mini shelf or hinged box.
✔ Sewing & Beading – Create custom jewelry and textile crafts.

If you are looking for hosting a retreat for more than 30 people or for a special event that does not include crafting stations, please refer to our event rental page.

🎉 What’s Included: (Base price $850)
✔ 3-hour private party with two personal instructors. This provides adequate time for both completing crafting activities and having food and drinks.
✔ Support for crafting custom items of the organization, like laser engraving water bottles with company logos, making wooden QR code stands, and engraving coasters with logos.
✔ Set up and take down time included. Organizations are allowed to arrive 30-minutes early to set up and 15-minutes after the event to clean up items and food brought to the studio.
✔ Exclusive access to our ~4,000 square foot studio space.
✔ Included up to 10 participants (all ages) for crafting projects.
✔ All materials for a creative take-home project.
✔ Included 2 crafting stations (woodworking or sewing / beading or 3D printing / electronics)
✔ Included use of our beautifully designed open-concept break room and dining area for food, drinks.

Additional Options:

➕ Extra Participants (beyond 10): $50 each (max participants is 30)
➕ Add a Third Crafting Station: Includes a third crafting instructor. $150
➕ More Time: Additional 30 minutes (beyond 3 hours): $75 (maximum time of 4 hours).

📌 $100 non-refundable deposit required to book. Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.

Team-Building Retreats Dates / Times

We host team-building crafting workshop with available start times between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that our After School Care Program is currently running from 3-5pm (Mon, Tue, Thurs.), 1-5pm (Wed), and 10am – 2pm on Sundays, between December 2025 – May 2026. During June and July, our Summer Camp hours will be 9:00am – 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. See our current calendar here.
